Word Confederation for Physical Therapy (WCPT) Congress at Singapore: WCPT has announced it will be opening its call for abstracts on 17th March, as preparations for the world’s biggest physical therapy event gather pace.Abstract presentations are the main way of showcasing research and innovations. There were nearly 2,500 abstracts presented at the last WCPT Congress. For the 2015 WCPT Congress in Singapore, the congress programme organising committee (the International Scientific Committee) is introducing new options for abstract presentations. There will be:rapid five platform sessions – five slides in five minutes;state of the art platform sessions profiling cutting edge developments; poster walks led by high profile moderators.WCPT has a mentoring programme in place from 17th March to 12th September 2014 for those with limited or no experience of submitting an abstract for a scientific congress.
