A Step in taking our Profession Forward : DPT to BPT : According to The Karnataka Medical Department Services (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules 2014 , the entry level of Physiotherapist in Government Jobs has been changed from Diploma to Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT). Diploma rule was in force from 1960 and the rule changed after 40+ years.Special Thanks and Gratitude to the Health Minister of Karnataka Shri.U.T.Khader Sir for announcing the new Rules in a Grand Press Meet today and for supporting Physiotherapy Profession always. Appreciating all the Physiotherapists from Bangalore and Karnataka who had worked for this for years. This is a great news for Physiotherapists in Karnataka. Hard work pays and hope the Central Government also changes the Rules soon. Profession First!!
