Total members who view these vacancies have increased many folds and the problem is, there are operational costs and other issues.It requires lot of time,hardwork and money to keep on updating jobs everyday.
When a vacancy is updated,the concerned recruiters have complained that they are receiving more than 1000 Resumes for a single vacancy and are not able to scrutinize all the resumes.
The problem was that so many physios were sending their resumes just for name sake and it was not helping the needy.
