Total members have increased many folds and the problem is, there are operational costs and other issues.It requires lot of time,hardwork and money to keep on updating jobs everyday.
When a vacancy is updated,the concerned recruiters have complained that they are receiving more than 1000 Resumes for a single vacancy and are not able to scrutinize all the resumes.
The problem was that so many physios were sending their resumes just for name sake and it was not helping the needy.
Example:There was a vacancy published for a lecturer post and even 3rd year BPT students are sending the resumes.
To organize this "Physiotherapy Jobs" has issued membership to Physios (on a charge of Rs.525 ) and we are sending job updates to the members mobile numbers and email IDs.
Many physios have already subscribed and are receiving Job updates and guidance about how to apply.
When a vacancy arises, "Physiotherapy JOBS" will contact the particular recruiter and get the complete details of the job such as qualification, experience required,salary etc and all the details will be sent to the members of "Physiotherapy JOBS".This requires a corpus fund.(Its like application charges when you apply for reputed jobs)
This way , it becomes more organized and will be helpful for both the recruiter and the real job seeker.
