Designation: Consultant Doctor (Female)
Qualification: BPT/BAMS/BNYS with 0-2 years experience.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Consulting Guests at the spa
• Health check up and recommending suitable therapies to the Guests
• Acting as a health custodian for the guests and maintain health records
• Partner with doctors in the catchments area to educate them about benefits of spas for their patients
• Conducting workshops on different types of therapies
• Holding sessions for corporate regarding benefits of spa therapies
• Consultant Doctors might be given additional responsibility as per company requirements
Pay/Package :
1st to 3rd Month - Rs. 11,000 per month
4th Month onwards - Rs. 11,000 per month + Rs. 2000 (approx. incentives, depending on performance)
Timing: 9 hours (Friday, Saturday and Sunday compulsory working)
Weekly Off: Between Monday to Thursday
Bond:
Since the company spends a significant sum of money towards every employee’s training, the selected candidate wil be expected to stay with the company for 15 months from the date of joining, which wil be extended if the probation period is extended.
