What is a DHA Eligibility
Letter?
It is a confirmation that you have passed your DHA Licensing exam and you are eligible to apply for a job within Dubai. So this letter is the confirmation and authorization that you can work in Dubai only. Clearing DHA exam is an eligibility Criteria and other factors such as Experience, Skills, Job availability, Strong Resume,Nationality, Visa norms etc play a major factor .
It is a confirmation that you have passed your DHA Licensing exam and you are eligible to apply for a job within Dubai. After
clearing DHA, one needs to activate the DHA License with the eligibility
letter. For this you have to upload following documents and pay the prescribed
fee (Can be done only with a Job Offer):

The DHA
and HAAD License exams consists of two steps: Primary Source Verification (Data
Flow Process) and the Online exam.
Step 1: Completing the Primary Source Verification (Data Flow Process): Uploading of Certificates which will be verified by Data Flow
Step 2: With the Data Flow Reference number the License exams can be booked online.

The exam centres and available dates will be
notified by the exam conducting authority after completion of the Data Flow
Process.
Converting DHA License
to HAAD License:
This step is
quite important before you start the procedure to convert DHA License to HAAD.
As you can't start your procedure just after passing your DHA Exam. First you
have to obtain DHA License.
As per the new regulations, A Physiotherapist has to activate
the current license with the eligibility letter. For this a Physiotherapist has
to upload following documents and pay a fees of 1010 AED.
-Labor Card or Job Offer Letter
-Malpractice Insurance Letter
-Fees 1010 AED
These documents are given by your company when you are
selected for a job. Some companies in UAE have a different way to do it to make
it easy for new employee. They ask for your login ID and password and they do
the rest of the stuff for you.
When you get your DHA License which is posted by Zajeel mail
on a address provided by you. Now you are ready to get your license convert to
HAAD / MOH.
Note: DHA Eligibility Letter cannot be converted to HAAD License. Only after obtaining the DHA License , it can be converted to HAAD License

Hi, the other day I was viewing the HAAD cite, it said there that they require 3 years of experience for BPT? Also, what if the country you are working in doesn't have a very strong and efficient licencing system?

Is it must to register in IAP to apply for dha or had exams?
ReplyDeleteHi,I have completed my MPTh and currently working since 6 months. I have my state council licence after my BPTh.. However our university have still not provided with MPTh degree to apply for licence. So in this case as you have mentioned 1year experience for MPTh, will it be valid in my case or my 1 year experience would be counted only after MPTh registration n licence..

Sir I have 3 yrs experiance after completion of BPT.and 1 yr 6 mnt after MPT..but entire exp is physio clinic practise. Not major hospital. Hospital exp is mandatory. For datafkow licence.?

Hi Sir, your blog is very helpful and informative. I have completed my BTP in the year 2016, and I have worked only for 6 months in a clinic. After that I have moved to Dubai and I am here in Dubai since 1 year. Now I am planing to write DHA exam. I want to ask you a question that am I eligible to write DHA exam if YES please guide me the process in detail as I know nothing about DHA, if NO please tell me what I am supposed to do for to be eligible for the DHA exam.
